BPC Instruments AB (publ) has received an order from Cornell University in the United States valued at approximately SEK 1 million. The order includes two AMPTS® III Duo system – BPC’s flagship instrument for conducting batch anaerobic fermentation tests.

The following resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of BPC Instruments AB (publ) (the “Company”) on 28 May 2025 in Lund and digitally through Legimeet.
BPC Instruments AB (publ) has been notified that ES Aktiehandel AB has reduced its shareholding in the company through a block trade of 100,000 shares. As a result of the transaction, the holding now amounts to 4.2 percent of the share capital and voting rights, thereby crossing the disclosure threshold. The transaction was carried out as a block trade on the 8th of May.
