BPC Instruments launches BPC Academy to strengthen customer value and long-term engagement

BPC Instruments AB (publ) announces the launch of BPC Academy, a new digital learning hub that brings training, guidance, and customer resources into one structured platform. As approximately 40 percent of BPC’s annual revenues are generated from existing customers, creating customer value and strengthening long-term customer relationships remains strategically important for the Company. BPC Academy supports this direction and builds on BPC’s customised training and consultation service launched in September 2025. The platform represents the next step in developing the customer experience – from installation to ongoing use.

BPC Academy is designed to make training and guidance easier to access throughout the customer journey, from getting started to advanced applications, and is available to BPC customers and partners through registration. The platform includes courses, how-to videos, manuals and technical documents, as well as digital training sessions delivered live or on demand. By making knowledge and guidance easier to access in one place, it helps teams work more efficiently and stay consistent in their workflows over time. Following beta testing with selected customers during 2026, initial feedback has been positive, and the platform is now being launched to BPC’s existing customers.
